Comé con Peabody is a connected ecosystem that helps young adults build lasting eating habits through a smart appliance, mobile app, and meal-kit subscription—making healthy living simple, fast, and sustainable.
The Challenge
“I have 14 meals every week”
John, 25 y.o.
Young adults want to eat healthy but rarely have the time. Cooking requires planning, shopping, and effort—while delivery is instant. The challenge: how might we make healthy eating as convenient as ordering in?
My Role
As Product Designer, I led the research, concept development, and UX design of the ecosystem, translating insights into a cohesive product experience.

Research & insights
Research showed that users needed one integrated flow—from deciding what to eat to cooking it. They wanted personalization, flexibility, and minimal friction—without giving up taste or time.
Meet John
To anchor the design, I created John, a 25-year-old young professional balancing health goals with a fast-paced life.
His goals:
Eat healthy, tasty meals without planning or time pressure.
His frustrations:
Grocery shopping feels like a chore, cooking skills are limited, and meal plans never stick.
John became the lens through which every design decision was made—helping ensure the system truly worked for real habits and real lives.

We mapped every pain point into five stages: Decide → Buy → Stock → Cook → Eat.
The insight was clear: a single product wouldn’t solve this. The solution had to connect hardware, software, and service into one seamless system.

Addresses Buy and Stock with pre-portioned ingredients delivered weekly—available in Last-Mile (ready meals) or Hands-On (cook it yourself) kits.
Personalized Meal Planning
During onboarding, users set their dietary goals, and the app automatically creates a tailored weekly menu. They can also freely explore and add other recipes to personalize their plan even further.
Flexible Meal-Kit Delivery
Users receive perfectly portioned ingredients every week through two kit options:
- Last-Mile Kits — Pre-cooked meals for when convenience matters most.
- Hands-On Kits — Fresh ingredients for users who enjoy cooking and want to learn as they go.
Effortless Smart Cooking
Scan, cook, and eat. The app syncs with the Smart Hob to automate every step, serving a fresh meal in minutes.
